Connect Support contains comprehensive help facilities to guide you through each page of the site.

After login, on the right hand side of the dark blue title bar on each page, there is a help icon. Click on this at any time to view help text about the page you are on. The information will appear in a pop-up window above the relevant page.

If you no longer require a help window, click the Close Window icon at the foot of the help page.
