Established in 1945, Hatton's Model Railways is one of the UK's leading model railway stores. After realising the potential of the Internet they first went online in 1998.

The family run business with more than 12 staff uses Connect Support to keep their customers up-to-date with the latest information on new products and special discounts. A team of two, regularly monitor the number of impressions, analyse online sales and keep the site constantly updated.

According to managers Keith and Christine Hatton, trading on the Internet now makes up more than 30 per cent of their business, which they attribute directly to Connect who have successfully helped them develop their web presence.
