What's new about Connect Support?

Well, as you can see, we've changed the look and feel of the site. We've added some new facilities, based on your requests, and modified a couple of others. The login process has altered (as you'll already have noticed!) and navigation around Connect Support has been improved. As you move around the different sections, extra navigation links will appear at the top of your browser window. You can also, when you login, choose to use a "mini favourites" window -- a customisable navigation wizard.

Information about site visitors (the old Statistics section) has been revamped into the Evaluate Your Site section. We've added some extra information and improved the summary presentation.

What used to be the "Site Validation" section has become Maintain Your Site. Several clients have asked for changes to the way site check results are displayed, and we've done this. There's a quick file upload facility now, so you don't have to use an FTP program every time you want to send a file to our web servers. Please try the facilities and let us know what you think.

What used to be the Signpost section has been reordered into Promote Your Site. All the site promotion tools are still there, with new facilities to help you promote effectively, and with an improved results layout.
